Lancia Prisma was a midsize car built by Lancia in the 1980s. It was basically a sedan version of the Lancia Delta and its smaller hatchback "brother", shared its chassis and engines with Fiat Ritmo and Regata. In contrast to participate, but Prism never had a career in Motorsports, the most powerful version, with the Fiat DOHC engine of 2.0 l guise, paired Lancia's Integrale four wheel drive transmission, for a maximum of 115 PS (83 kW), about half of the Delta Integrale.

A tweaked version of the HF dominated the World Rally Championship, Scoring 46 WRC victories overall and winning the Constructors Championship a record six times in a row from 1987 to 1992, in addition to the drivers ' Championship titles for Juha Kankkunen (1987 and 1991) and Miki Biasion (1988-1989).
