1994 Mazda 626 Timing Belt Replacement Manual
This manual guide you how to replace the timing belt on 1994 Mazda 626 series. Its contain step by step installation manual complete with illustration. Here’s the general Step by step removal procedures:
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the camshaft position sensor and crankshaft position sensor.
3. Remove the spark plug.
4. Remove the P/S oil pump and bracket with the oil hose still connected.
5. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
7. Verify the air gap.
8. Start the engine and Inspect for the pulleys and drive belt for runout and contact
9. Verify the ignition timing.
